This is a brilliant opportunity for a people-centred, values-led HR professional who loves both the strategic and the human side of HR. Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders across Europe to shape and deliver people plans that support business growth and organisational priorities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and leadership coach, building capability and providing practical, commercially grounded HR guidance.
  • Coach and mentor colleagues across our OneHR team, helping build a collaborative, high-performing People & Environment team.
  • Lead core talent and performance processes, including development, succession and high‑performance practices.
  • Drive employee engagement, culture and inclusion, bringing our purpose‑led, collaborative environment to life.
  • Support and lead change initiatives, helping teams navigate transformation with clarity and care.
  • Oversee employee relations and HR operations, ensuring consistency, compliance and a strong employee experience.
  • Collaborate across HR and business teams on reward, development and hiring, ensuring seamless delivery of people initiatives.

  • Proven experience in an HR Business Partner / People Partner role, ideally within a matrixed, global or multi‑country environment.
  • Strong HR expertise across the employee lifecycle, including performance, development, reward and employee relations.
  • Confidence applying UK employment law and HR policies (German employment law is a plus).
  • A strong ability to partner, influence and coach stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience leading or supporting people initiatives across engagement, culture, change, learning or DE&I.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a clear, positive and empathetic approach.
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Workday experience a plus).
  • A people‑first mindset, combined with strong judgement, curiosity and a practical, solutions‑focused approach.
  • A collaborative, values‑led team player who builds trust, drives change and brings energy and positivity to everything they do.
