You’ll sit within our Innovation team, supporting how new and improved products are developed, approved and brought to market. This role is designed to give you real responsibility, structured learning, and exposure to how innovation works inside a fast‑moving FMCG business. You’ll work closely with Innovation Managers, Regulatory and Artwork partners, gaining hands‑on experience of how creativity meets reality in a regulated environment. As part of the internship, you’ll also own one low‑complexity innovation project end‑to‑end, giving you true delivery experience, not just task support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Jump into the world of Front‑of‑Pack (FOP) claims, helping keep everything accurate, up to date and ready for approval across our product range.
  • Get hands‑on with artwork and claims reviews, spotting gaps, asking questions and working with the team to fix issues fast.
  • Play a key role in keeping artwork projects moving, supporting approvals, tracking versions and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Be part of the action on innovation projects, helping track progress, manage timelines and keep everyone aligned.
  • Collaborate with teams across the business, joining project meetings, gathering insights and organising materials, samples and files.
  • Bring fresh thinking, sharing ideas to improve how we work and make processes smoother and smarter.
  • Own your own mini project, taking the lead on a pack or formula update and seeing it come to life with full team support.

Experience You’ll Bring:

  • Curious, organised and detail‑driven, you enjoy digging into information and spotting what others might miss.
  • A natural problem‑solver, excited by making sense of complex information and finding ways to improve things.
  • Passionate about sustainability, motivated to make an impact and do the right thing, the right way.
  • A proactive self‑starter, happy to roll up your sleeves, get stuck in and learn by doing.
  • A confident communicator, comfortable working with different teams and sharing ideas clearly.
  • Comfortable with Excel and MS Office, able to build presentations, trackers and keep things organised.
  • A strong academic background, with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed or finishing before you join).
  • (Bonus) Any previous internship or short work experience, especially within FMCG, is a plus.

We are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace. We are happy to adjust our hiring process to ensure accessibility to everyone. If you require assistance, please let us know.
