At SC Johnson Lifestyle Brands you’ll join the UK ECOVER team to shape brand strategy, develop consumer campaigns, lead social media engagement, and drive shopper conversion across multiple touchpoints.

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of the brand plan in the market.
- Deliver conversion strategy and shopper (on/offline) for the brand, creating assets from concept to execution.
- Lead social media strategy, content creation, community management, and reporting.
- Support core internal and external sales meetings and NPD commercialisation.
- Accurately manage, phase, and report local brand budget.
Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- First experience in brand marketing, shopper marketing, account management, or a related commercial function.
- Experience developing and executing consumer‑focused marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital and social media marketing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting performance data and translating insights into action.
