Intern, Marketing – Innovation Team at Lifestyle Brands. Fixed‑term contract (12 months), full‑time. Located in Frimley, Surrey. Remote work is available once per week for eligible employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Jump into the world of Front‑of‑Pack (FOP) claims, ensuring accuracy, currency, and readiness for approval across our product range.
- Conduct artwork and claims reviews, spot gaps, ask clarifying questions, and work with the team to resolve issues quickly.
- Support artwork projects through approvals, version tracking and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Assist on innovation projects, tracking progress, managing timelines and keeping all stakeholders aligned.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams by joining project meetings, gathering insights and organising materials, samples and files.
- Contribute fresh ideas that improve workflow and increase process efficiency.
- Own a mini‑project by leading a pack or formula update from concept to delivery, with full team support.
Qualifications & Experience
- Curious, organised and detail‑driven.
- A natural problem‑solver, excited by making sense of complex information and innovating solutions.
- Passionate about sustainability, motivated to make an impact and do the right thing.
- A proactive self‑starter, eager to roll up sleeves, learn by doing and contribute immediately.
- Confident communicator, comfortable working with diverse teams and presenting ideas clearly.
- Competent with Excel and MS Office, able to build presentations, trackers and keep things organised.
- Strong academic background, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed or finishing before start).
- (Bonus) Previous internship or short work experience, especially within FMCG.
