Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted first point of contact for day‑to‑day HR queries, providing clear, timely, and practical guidance to managers and employees.
- Coordinate on‑site engagement activities that reinforce our Great Place to Work culture and partner with employee resource groups to deliver an annual calendar of events and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, ensuring data integrity across all systems, and process job changes, promotions, and adjustments with precision.
- Prepare reports, trackers, and documentation that support decision‑making and compliance, looking for opportunities to streamline and simplify administrative processes.
- Deliver a smooth, welcoming onboarding experience for all new starters, support coordination of training sessions, workshops and development activities, and assist with offboarding processes including exit interviews and data handling.
- Use HR data and reporting to identify trends and provide insight that supports business performance, contributing to dashboards, analysis and data‑driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with the HR team on projects that enhance our HR offering, strengthen engagement or improve processes, and contribute ideas to challenge ways of working with a forward‑thinking, solution‑oriented mindset.
- Spearhead communication to employees, ensuring timely, clear and engaging updates on relevant HR topics, initiatives and processes.
