We’re looking for a proactive HR Advisor who is eager to contribute ideas, grow their skills, and help shape an exceptional employee experience. This role is ideal for someone early in their HR career, who brings strong foundational knowledge, a passion for people, and the confidence to take ownership of tasks while continually learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted first point of contact for day‑to‑day HR queries, providing clear, timely, and practical guidance to managers and employees.
  • Coordinate on‑site engagement activities that reinforce our Great Place to Work culture and partner with employee resource groups to deliver an annual calendar of events and initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, ensuring data integrity across all systems, and process job changes, promotions, and adjustments with precision.
  • Prepare reports, trackers, and documentation that support decision‑making and compliance, looking for opportunities to streamline and simplify administrative processes.
  • Deliver a smooth, welcoming onboarding experience for all new starters, support coordination of training sessions, workshops and development activities, and assist with offboarding processes including exit interviews and data handling.
  • Use HR data and reporting to identify trends and provide insight that supports business performance, contributing to dashboards, analysis and data‑driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the HR team on projects that enhance our HR offering, strengthen engagement or improve processes, and contribute ideas to challenge ways of working with a forward‑thinking, solution‑oriented mindset.
  • Spearhead communication to employees, ensuring timely, clear and engaging updates on relevant HR topics, initiatives and processes.
