About You

You’re a natural leader who knows how to motivate, coach and inspire a team to achieve outstanding results; while creating a positive and supportive culture. You understand that modern sales leadership is about influence, development and consistency, not just targets.

  • Have experience leading successful sales teams, ideally within holiday homes, leisure, hospitality or lifestyle sales
  • Be passionate about coaching and developing people

Essential Requirements

  • Previous experience in a sales leadership or management role
  • Proven ability to lead, coach and develop high‑performing teams
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of sales performance metrics

  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Flexibility to work weekends and peak trading periods

Hours of Work

Our sales operation is busiest during weekends, bank holidays and peak holiday periods, so flexibility is essential. Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays will be required.
