Our client is looking for a proactive QA/QC Engineer to join their growing engineering team in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong quality background within construction, civil engineering or engineering projects who is looking to build a long-term career with a well-established business.

Working closely with engineering, production and site teams, you’ll ensure all quality standards, inspections and documentation are delivered to the highest standard while maintaining compliance with project specifications and industry regulations.

The Role:

  • Manage all QA/QC activities across multiple engineering projects.
  • Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection records, certificates and test reports.
  • Review inspection requests and quality documentation.
  • Ensure materials and workmanship comply with project specifications.
  • Coordinate inspections with site teams, contractors and clients.
  • Monitor testing schedules and quality control processes.
  • Carry out quality audits and inspections.
  • Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
