We are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing business delivering high-quality exhibition stands, experiential activations, trade show environments and bespoke live event projects across the UK and internationally. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded Project Manager with experience in exhibition builds, temporary structures or live events who enjoys managing projects from concept through to onsite installation and handover.
The Role:
- Manage the full lifecycle of exhibition, trade show and experiential projects.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project delivery.
- Develop project plans, programmes and budgets.
- Coordinate design, production, fabrication and installation teams.
- Liaise with exhibition organisers, venues and technical authorities.
- Manage exhibition approvals, permits and venue compliance requirements.
- Coordinate procurement of materials, graphics, AV equipment and exhibition components.
- Manage suppliers, subcontractors and fabrication partners.
- Monitor project budgets, costs and commercial performance.
- Negotiate supplier pricing and manage project variations.
- Coordinate transport, logistics and international shipping where required.
- Lead onsite installations, live event delivery and exhibitor support.
