We are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager β Exhibitions to deliver high-quality exhibition stands, trade show builds, and experiential projects across the UK and internationally.
This is a hybrid role based in Birmingham, requiring strong experience in exhibition stand construction, temporary structures, and fast-track project delivery within strict deadlines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full project lifecycle from concept to onsite installation and dismantling
- Interpret client briefs and coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams
- Oversee custom stand fabrication, modular systems, graphics, AV, and lighting integration
- Develop and manage detailed project timelines aligned to exhibition schedules
- Liaise with venues and organisers to secure approvals, permits, and H&S compliance
- Control project budgets, supplier negotiations, and cost tracking
- Lead onsite installation teams and manage build-up/breakdown phases
Requirements:
- 5+ yearsβ experience delivering exhibition stand or trade show projects
- Strong knowledge of temporary structures and modular exhibition systems
- Proven ability to manage multiple fast-track projects simultaneously
- Solid commercial awareness and budget management skills
- Experience managing contractors and suppliers
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management ability
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and production documentation
