We are currently recruiting for a Technical Project Coordinator to join a fast-paced project team based in Birmingham. This is an initial 2–3 month contract with the potential to extend and would suit someone with experience working within fit-out, construction, large-scale events, exhibitions, activations or similar project-led environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate technical and project activities across multiple workstreams
- Support Project Managers with the successful delivery of projects
- Coordinate with design, technical, production and site teams
- Assist with project schedules, deadlines and key milestones
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams
- Track project progress and highlight potential issues or delays
- Ensure technical information and documentation is kept organised and up to date
- Support projects from planning through to installation/delivery
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Technical Coordinator or similar role
- Experience within fit-out, construction, events, exhibitions or activations
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Comfortable working across multiple projects and priorities
- Able to work effectively within a fast-paced project environment
- Available immediately or at short notice
