About SBW Group Ltd: SBW Group Ltd is a well-established and growing home improvement company specialising in double and triple glazing, windows and doors. We pride ourselves on honest advice, quality installations and excellent customer service. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a confident and motivated Window Estimator to join our team. Previous estimating experience is not required, as full training will be provided, although relevant experience would be an advantage. This is a great opportunity for someone who is keen to learn, develop new skills and build a long-term career in estimating, customer service and order management.
Key responsibilities:
- Preparing quotations and estimates
- Entering and processing customer orders
- Communicating with customers by telephone and email
- Updating order details and customer records
- Preparing and processing invoices
- Monitoring the progress of orders
- Supporting the office and operations teams
- Completing general administrative duties
- Explaining quotations clearly and making sure customers understand all details
Essential requirements:
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office
- Full UK driving licence
- Right to work in the UK
- Willingness to learn and develop within the role
Desirable:
- Romanian language skills
- Experience in the window or glazing industry
- Previous sales experience
