ESTIMATOR
\nJob type: Full-time, Permanent
\nWorking hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm
\nPay: £25,500–£50,000 per year, including basic salary and commission

\nDue to continued growth, we are looking for a confident and motivated Window Estimator to join our team.
\nPrevious estimating experience is not required, as full training will be provided, although relevant experience would be an advantage. This is a great opportunity for someone who is keen to learn, develop new skills and build a long-term career in estimating, customer service and order management.
\nKey responsibilities

- Preparing quotations and estimates \n
- Entering and processing customer orders \n
- Communicating with customers by telephone and email \n
- Updating order details and customer records \n
- Preparing and processing invoices \n
- Monitoring the progress of orders \n
- Supporting the office and operations teams \n
- Completing general administrative duties \n
- Explaining quotations clearly and making sure customers understand all details \n
Essential requirements

- Fluent written and spoken English \n
- Good communication and customer service skills \n
- Strong attention to detail \n
- Good organisational and time-management skills \n
- Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office \n
- Full UK driving licence \n
- Right to work in the UK \n
- Willingness to learn and develop within the role \n
Desirable

- Romanian language skills \n
- Experience in the window or glazing industry \n
- Previous sales experience \n

Pay
\nFixed basic salary plus commission from sales. Total earnings are expected to be between £25,500 and £50,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
