Key Responsibilities:
- Implement tailored learning and development strategies aligned with business objectives with some design experience and exposure.
- Manage the YES Programme.
- Overview and track unemployed and employed Learnerships.
- Provide engaging learning experiences that drive professional growth and skills enhancement.
- Manage and optimize LMS platforms for effective content delivery and learner engagement.
- Oversee the accreditation process, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and frameworks.
- Perform the full SDF functions, including skills audits, compliance reporting, and Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess learning needs and develop innovative solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs for continuous improvement.
- Oversee the training approval process.
- Monitor and track vendor payments in a timely manner.
- Track and monitor BBBEE Skills pillar reporting and verification.

Requirements:
- Bachelor\’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.
- Proven experience in learning design, LMS implementation, and facilitation.
- Strong knowledge of accreditation processes and SDF practices.
