- Foster a culture of strategic thinking by driving the adoption of business acumen within the Processing Management team ensuring data-driven decision-making and financial discipline.
- Define and manage Processing Product / service offering standards, product evolution and functional roadmap
- Oversee Processing analytics/research, business case development, business requirements development, product development, software delivery lifecycle, and vendor management.
- Responsible for program management and overseeing all aspects of project delivery within the Processing channel
- Be a key contributor and supporter of SBV’s Operational strategic initiatives including Cost efficiencies, Continuous improvement and Optimization.
- Share Best Practices to institutionalize knowledge of the Processing channel and leverage learnings across SBV and industry
- Direct all activities to obtain and improve service quality bench marking and NPS across all Processing Solutions / products measured against industry standards for best practice identification.
- Build SBV’s understanding of the Processing competitive landscape in a multi-channel environment
- Hold end-to-end accountability for the performance of SBV’s national Processing network against approved service, quality, productivity, safety, control and customer standards.
- Establish a nationally consistent Processing performance and standards-management system with clear standards, leading indicators, thresholds and intervention protocols.
- Govern Processing capacity, throughput, turnaround times, accuracy, balancing, customer crediting dependencies, service availability and exception resolution.
- Identify systemic underperformance and direct sustainable corrective action across sites and regions.
- Ensure national Processing delivery supports the integrity and continuity of the broader Operations value chain.
