Responsible for monitoring and maintaining the availability of all ATMs within the network.
Daily Monitoring & Incident Response
- Utilise various bank monitoring systems to detect and respond to down ATMs promptly.
- Log calls with bank vendors for problematic ATMs and manage escalation until resolution.
- Update status of ATMs to centres on a regular basis.
- Subscribe and align with SBV Services' ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Standards, ensuring continual compliance.
- Support SBVs ESG journey by reporting and managing ESG requirements to achieve positive outcomes.
Troubleshooting & Availability Assurance
- Analyse poor‑performing ATMs and implement action plans for improvement.
- Identify faults using reports, alert centres, and ensure faults are allocated to a team.
- Resolve issues related to data import, non‑existent transactions, and other technical faults.
- Escalate to bank when vendor does not meet SLA agreements, minimising downtime.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction with ATM operations.
- Provide information and solutions to improve overall service quality.
Culture & Change Leadership
- Drive the department’s values, inspiring confidence, enthusiasm, and commitment to the mission.
- Act as a change‑management architect during transitions, ensuring business continuity.
- Facilitate presentations, workshops, and forums to communicate new processes and procedures clearly.
- Coordinate integration of business units into seamless end‑to‑end solutions for customers.
