Support the Enablement Strategy Formulation
- Support the formulation of the enablement strategy and own the enablement books of work.
- Oversee the defining of complex problem statements, generate the ideation process, analyse the needs of customers, provide insight to commercial and finance teams, develop prototypes, test them, and implement value propositions.
- Proactively identify future opportunities to create value on your existing or potential client base and/or identify new opportunities for growth.
- Gain and build deep experience in a notion specialty or gain exposure to and grow in/across multiple specialties creating a broader, more holistic expertise.

Enable Business Transformation
- Provide support to the Innovations Lead by identifying and validating business benefits, cost, and risk.
- Understand business issues and undertake business analysis assignments.
- Perform requirement gathering via workshops, interviews, and desktop research.
- Provide expertise, strategic direction, and day-to-day operational management to transformation projects within the business, identifying any risks regarding changes and developing a strategy to mitigate these.
- Identify and analyse all costs associated with solutions, both current and proposed.

Innovations: Develop and manage Information Systems, Culture and Strategy Transformation
- Develop and ensure innovations systems are ingrained within the affected departments through collaboration with the Change Management team, ensuring that the company has a well-balanced innovation portfolio that generates positive revenue growth.
- Support the research, development, and implementation of new technologies that can improve efficiency in business operations.
- Analyse current business processes and identify areas of improvement, then develop strategies to implement those changes.
- Set acceptance criteria for all items to be delivered and analyse, assess, and monitor to ensure key deliverables are implemented.
- Provide support on the creation of a strategy to deliver successful innovation initiatives that provide continual commercial value and business improvement/efficiency for SBV.
- Search and analyse market opportunities with innovations lead, customers, and the commercial teams.
- Chair the innovation committees by directing the decision-making process that results in the transformation of ideas into innovative initiatives.
- Develop the expertise, mentality, and capacities required to achieve innovation objectives.
Transform User Experience on New Initiatives
- Coordinate teams of innovations consultants and Tribing SMEs and collaborate with data researchers, business solutions analysis, people architects, and systems developers to create end-to-end user experience for new development and products.
Stakeholder Management
- Create and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders and act as point of contact between different departments within the company and relevant third parties.
- Verify that all assigned staff understand the business and customer strategies through engagement sessions as well as other methods of approach.
- Engage with various departments internally to execute on the different deliverables and engage with external stakeholders and third parties to provide value-adding service.
- Interact in a collaborative manner with other team members to accomplish organisational goals; provide ideas to improve organisational efficiency at group and business unit levels.
Design and Develop Product, Services and Systems
- Own concept development and design analyses of new products, services, and systems independently evaluating, selecting, and applying analytics, business procedures, and financial techniques to assess and develop.
- Manage the enablement book of work, size, and scope to determine feasibility of goals and objectives and take responsibility for assuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timeliness of assigned initiatives.
- Identify problems and related technical issues leading to long-term, generic solutions; identify technical approach for solving problems and meeting customer/business needs.
- Plan and perform tasks of a larger scope and lead specific tasks within the project scope; assemble research team members.
- Design new operating models within SBV, define comprehensive metrics for business owners and delivery teams to follow, and coach junior employees on new techniques and processes.
Continuous Innovation
- Author or co-author papers, proposals, presentations, and reports showcasing at local or international platforms.
- Maintain external research relationships to identify and develop new funding sources, making significant contributions to technical proposal preparation and/or presentations.
- Attend conferences to learn new techniques, help with research efforts, or work with important clients to ensure SBV meets their needs.
- Mentor assigned staff in the development of technical, project, and business development skills.
- Knowledge of industry best practice and emerging trends in business transformation.
Governance
- Subscribe and align to SBV Services' ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Standards, ensuring the department's processes and quality management system is at all times in compliance with the standard.
- Support SBVs ESG journey, reporting on and managing the ESG requirements to ensure a positive reflection and outcome.
People Management
- Provide leadership to employees within the Internal Audit function.
- Attract, hire, and retain a team of high-performing audit professionals who possess outstanding knowledge, experience, ethics, and integrity.
- Provide necessary guidance to auditors in the execution of the audit, ensuring that due professional care is practiced in Internal Audits conducted.
- Create an environment in which the Internal Audit team can perform internal audits while maintaining an impartial and unbiased attitude.
- Create a conducive environment which translates into productivity and high morale within SBV.
- Inspire one’s team to deliver on key performance areas.
- Adhere to legislative requirements and Group policies and procedures.
- Lead the focus on talent to instil value creation for high-value contributors and encourage and facilitate in collaboration with HR learning opportunities for one’s centre/s.
Lead as an Ambassador and executor of Change
- Act as a change management architect in periods of change to ensure business continuity.
- Manage the integration of business units into a seamless end-to-end solution for customers.
- Effectively communicate and embed new processes and procedures as they occur, addressing or escalating matters/concerns to the SMEs when required.
- Facilitate the necessary presentations, workshops, or forums to ensure consistent and accurate communication is given across one’s portfolio.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5 years’ experience in business transformation or process improvement of which 2 years’ experience in a management role.
- Relevant Business Degree or 10 years managerial working experience in implementing complex projects, developing new concepts and initiatives.
