- Test formats, track what pops, iterate fast.

You're a fit if:
- You live on social media and have at least one account where people reliably react to what you post.
- You understand meme timing and format — creator energy, not "social media manager" energy.
- 5–10 hours/week, fully remote.
- Native or fluent in one of: EN, DE, FR, ES, PT, IT, NL, PL, JA, KO, ZH, ID.
Compensation — partnership model:
- Base: small monthly retainer (€100–€200 depending on hours).
- Performance: uncapped % of ad revenue from the traffic you drive, tracked transparently.
