Test formats, track what pops, iterate fast

You’re a fit if
You live on social media and have at least one account where people reliably react to what you post
You understand meme timing and format — creator energy, not “social media manager” energy
5–10 hours/week, fully remote
Native or fluent in one of: EN, DE, FR, ES, PT, IT, NL, PL, JA, KO, ZH, ID
Compensation — partnership model
Base : small monthly retainer (€100–€200 depending on hours)
Performance : uncapped % of ad revenue from the traffic you drive, tracked transparently
