SBS is looking for a Product Designer to craft intuitive, accessible digital experiences for our web and mobile products. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and QA to turn complex workflows into elegant solutions, ensuring usability and consistency across our design system.
What will the role involve?
- Designing user-centred experiences for web and mobile applications, from concept to high-fidelity prototypes.
- Owning Figma workflows, creating and maintaining design components, libraries, and tokens for scalable design systems.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to align designs with business goals and technical feasibility.
- Conducting usability testing and iterating based on feedback to improve user experience.
- Ensuring accessibility compliance (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
- Documenting design decisions and presenting work in design reviews and stakeholder sessions.
What are we looking for?
- 3–5 years in UX/UI or Product Design roles.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma (component libraries, auto-layout, prototyping).
- Strong understanding of responsive design and interaction patterns.
- Experience with usability testing and interpreting qualitative/quantitative feedback.
- Familiarity with Agile workflows and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence).
It would be a bonus if you had...
- Experience in financial services or regulated environments.
- Knowledge of design systems and accessibility standards.
