- We are seeking a
Programme Manager with experience delivering large-scale, multi-workstream programs for software providers or Fin Tech organizations.
This individual will take end-to-end ownership of a major client program, leading multiple concurrent projects and delivery teams.
The role is focused on delivering complex cloud migrations, software upgrades, and implementations while providing strong leadership, governance, stakeholder management, and strategic oversight.
Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale client programs involving cloud migrations, software upgrades, and implementations.
- Partner directly with senior client stakeholders to shape program strategy and roadmaps.
- Manage multiple delivery teams and project managers across concurrent workstreams.
- Own governance, escalation management, risks, opportunities, budgets, commercials, and dependencies.
- Chair steering committees and program boards.
- Ensure successful and coordinated program execution.
- Mentor project managers and contribute to the development of delivery best practices.
- Support bespoke internal and external projects as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering large, complex client programs in a supplier or vendor environment.
- Strong program and multi-project management expertise.
- Experience with cloud migrations, software upgrades, and implementations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong escalation and risk management capabilities.
- Financial services or regulated industry experience is desirable.
- MSP, PMP, and/or PRINCE2 certifications are advantageous.
