Job Description

📍 Location: London, Hybrid/Remote (UK-based, with travel for key meetings and events)

💼 Company: SBS

SBS is an independent, fast-scaling programmatic agency working across the UK and Europe. We’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven Senior Programmatic Account Executive to support our client and AdOps teams across programmatic, paid social, and paid search.

If you thrive in a data-driven, collaborative environment and want to deepen both your client-facing and technical expertise, this role offers direct exposure to senior leadership and a clear career path.

About the Role

You’ll own campaign delivery, client communication, and performance reporting. Working closely with our AdOps team, you’ll help set up, optimise, and analyse campaigns while also assisting with finance, contracts, and coordination across our London and Milan offices.

You’ll also support CRM integrations and automations that help streamline reporting, workflows, and client communications.

At SBS, we’re a small, experienced team that values collaboration, trust, and clarity. We move fast, solve problems together, and create an environment where people genuinely enjoy their work.

Key Responsibilities

Client Support – Act as a day-to-day contact for clients, supporting status calls and reporting.

Campaign Delivery & Optimisation – Assist with the setup, monitoring, and ongoing optimisation of programmatic, paid social, and paid search campaigns across platforms such as The Trade Desk, DV360, StackAdapt, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

Problem Solving – Proactively identify campaign or process issues, propose solutions, and work with senior colleagues to resolve challenges quickly.

Data & Insights – Use tools such as Mediatool, GA4, and platform dashboards to track campaign performance, prepare reports, and highlight optimisation opportunities.

CRM & Automation Support – Help maintain CRM workflows and automations (HubSpot preferred) to improve lead tracking, reporting accuracy, and client communications.

Financial Support – Assist with invoicing, budget tracking, and reconciliation.

Cross-Team Coordination – Collaborate across our London and Milan offices to ensure smooth delivery and aligned processes.

Ad Hoc Projects – Support pitches, campaign QA, and operational improvements as needed.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Experience in programmatic media, paid search, paid social, or wider digital activation – strong transferable skills from other paid media channels are welcome.

✅ Understanding of DSPs (The Trade Desk, DV360, StackAdapt) or a strong willingness to learn with hands-on training.

✅ Understanding of CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation workflows – comfortable supporting integrations, lead flows, and data hygiene.

✅ Proactive problem solver who can anticipate challenges and take initiative to resolve them.

✅ Confident in campaign optimisation – analysing data, spotting trends, and making actionable recommendations.

✅ Comfortable working with data and creating client-ready performance insights.

✅ Familiarity with budgeting, invoicing, and campaign reconciliation.

✅ Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

✅ Bilingual in Italian and English preferred (not essential).

✅ Adaptable, collaborative, and thrives in fast-paced environments.

Why Join SBS?
