As a Product Delivery Manager, you’ll sit at the heart of our software squads, making sure great ideas become real-world solutions. This isn’t just about keeping projects on track; it’s about shaping how we deliver, driving collaboration, and helping teams work smarter to get things into users\’ hands faster.

What will the role involve?
Delivery & Execution
- Leading the end-to-end delivery of product changes across multiple squads.
- Shaping and supporting cycle planning, helping teams prioritise the right work at the right time.
- Building clear, achievable delivery plans while tracking dependencies, risks, and progress.
- Championing continuous improvement to make delivery faster, smoother, and more scalable.
- Partnering with engineering, product, and design to ensure timely, low-friction releases.
Stakeholder & Communication Management
- Be the go-to link between business, product, and engineering teams.
- Keeping leadership updated with transparent progress reports and risk assessments.
- Establishing clear communication channels across squads, removing silos and building alignment.
Agile & Cross-Squad Coordination
- Creating an environment where squads can work together seamlessly towards shared goals.
- Supporting teams in prioritising and sequencing work across multiple delivery streams.
- Stepping in to remove blockers and resolve delivery conflicts quickly.
Risk & Dependency Management
- Proactively identifying risks and dependencies, finding solutions before they become issues.
- Overseeing change management processes to ensure smooth product rollouts.
- Ensuring that squads have the tools, resources, and support needed to succeed.
Qualifications
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a Product Delivery Manager, Agile Delivery Lead, or similar role in software delivery.
- Strong grounding in Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall (Prince2) methodologies, ideally with relevant certifications.
- Excellent understanding of product development life cycles and large-scale delivery.
- Experience coordinating delivery across multiple squads or teams.
- Strong stakeholder management – you know how to balance business priorities with technical realities.
- A problem-solver who thrives on navigating complexity.
- Skilled in risk management, dependency mapping, and roadmap planning.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, able to influence at all levels.
Nice-to-have
- SaaS, FinTech, or enterprise software experience.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD, or technical architecture.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or other agile delivery tools.
