Join our team as our new Chief of Staff! The Digital Engagement Global Business Unit at SBS is in charge of developing, commercializing, and operating the Digital Banking Suite (DBS), a comprehensive digital banking platform that empowers financial institutions with a next-gen platform to enhance customer engagement via modern mobile-native and web experiences. Other offerings within the Business Unit include Open Banking, AI & CRM, and Digital Lending.
We are looking for a Chief of Staff to act as a strategic partner to the General Manager and his deputy, supporting the effective running, alignment, and performance of the Business Unit. The Chief of Staff will drive cross-functional alignment, oversee business performance, and enable disciplined execution across the portfolio, ensuring that strategy, execution, financial performance, and operational processes are tightly connected and running efficiently.
This is a high-impact role designed for a recent MBA graduate with strong strategic thinking, analytical capability, and the ability to influence without authority.
Location: London, Paris, Dubai
Hybrid: 2-3 Days per Week Onsite

- Highlight risks and drive consistency in product operating models, governance, and delivery
- Ensure alignment between product roadmaps, commercial priorities, and help embed best practices across the product lifecycle management

- Prepare executive-level materials for QBRs and leadership meetings
- Support preparation for executive and board-level discussion
- Lead or support high-priority, ad hoc strategic initiatives
Recently completed an MBA from a top-tier institution. Experience in fintech, SaaS, digital platforms, AI, or technology environments is preferred. Strong business acumen, including financial literacy (budgeting, forecasting, P&L). High level of analytical capability (financial, strategic, and data-driven thinking). End-to-end exposure to running a digital business unit in direct partnership with others. Opportunity to shape strategy, operations, and performance across multiple areas.
