The Digital Engagement Global Business Unit at SBS is in charge of developing, commercializing, and operating the Digital Banking Suite (DBS), a comprehensive digital banking platform that empowers financial institutions with a next-gen platform to enhance customer engagement via modern mobile-native and web experiences.
Other offerings within the Business Unit include Open Banking and AI highlight risks and opportunities. We support business cases and investment decisions across product lines.
