Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers in face‑to‑face, virtual or telephone interactions to understand their financial goals and identify needs.
- Deliver information about savings, products and services, and guide customers to suitable solutions.
- Conduct “My Review” appointments and use this to discuss customers’ financial objectives.
- Proactively contact customers over the phone to discuss requirements.
- Educate customers on multiple communication channels available to interact with the Society.
- Maintain accurate customer records in internal systems and ensure vulnerable customers are supported appropriately.
- Adhere to policies, standards, controls and limits of authority, supported by training, coaching and communication.
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous customer‑facing experience (banking, building society, contact centre, retail, food & beverage, hospitality, health/care acceptable).
- Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional service and a willingness to go above and beyond.
- Strong communication skills, ability to influence diverse audiences.
- Excellent time‑management and ability to work well in a team, especially during busy periods.
- Adaptable, proactive, and open to a broad range of activities beyond standard expectations.
