Join our Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO), a team of six specialists driving value and reducing risk across Skipton's change portfolio.
- Shape how Skipton delivers change at scale through data-driven decision making.
- Partner with senior leaders across Agile Release Trains, Technology, Finance, and Product teams.
- Create enterprise-wide insights and dashboards that drive strategic decisions.
- Use predictive analytics to identify risks, opportunities, and future trends.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance delivery performance and value.
- Coach and influence stakeholders on agile portfolio management and best practice.
- Work with leading tools including Power BI, Apptio, and Azure Dev Ops to deliver enterprise transparency.
We work in a hybrid way, balancing flexibility with collaboration.
For this role, you'll typically spend three days a week in our Skipton office, with the remaining two days working from home.
- What You’ll Need
- Proven experience working in SAFe and Lean Portfolio Management environments, helping organisations deliver change at scale.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence strategic decisions.
- Hands‑on experience with one of the following: Power BI, Apptio Target Process and Azure Dev Ops to develop reporting, dashboards and portfolio insights.
- Ability to manage and communicate dependencies, risks, performance metrics and delivery outcomes across multiple Agile Release Trains.
- A passion for continuous improvement, with experience facilitating Inspect & Adapt workshops and driving positive change.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge, influence and collaborate at all levels.
- A strategic mindset combined with a pragmatic approach to problem‑solving, value management and enterprise delivery.
