Skipton Building Society is seeking a Senior Delivery Lead to drive complex transformation at scale and elevate agile delivery across our enterprise. You will lead end-to-end delivery of major technology change initiatives, selecting Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methods to meet business needs, and partner with Architecture, Engineering, Product and Platform Leads to align roadmaps and dependencies.
You will drive PI Planning and ceremonies, maintain delivery governance, and champion DevOps.
