You will set engineering tenets, patterns and paved roads across squads to improve delivery velocity, quality and reliability for the member journey.
You will lead modern software delivery with secure-by-design cloud architecture, API/event patterns, observability and policy‑as‑code, while coaching engineers and shaping the technical direction across the organisation.
