- Analyse investment research, tax calculations and customer information to support clear, well-evidenced financial planning decisions.
- Prepare suitability reports and supporting documents that help Financial Advisers explain recommendations clearly to members.
- Complete mid-appointment activity on system, making sure case details are accurate, complete and ready for the next stage of the advice journey.
- Coordinate multiple adviser cases at once, balancing priorities, managing detail and keeping work moving to agreed timescales.
- Work closely with Financial Advisers and colleagues across the Financial Advice function to support a joined-up journey and help members make progress towards their financial goals.

- Able to communicate clearly, build strong working relationships with stakeholders, ask thoughtful questions, share updates, manage expectations and constructively challenge where appropriate.
- Awareness of Financial Advice, investment products or a regulated Financial Services environment would be helpful, along with curiosity and appetite to build on this knowledge while working towards the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
Please note: support towards obtaining the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning is only available to permanent colleagues.
