Intelligent Process Automation Analyst
We are looking for an Intelligent Process Automation Analyst to help transform how work gets done across Skipton.
You'll join our Power Platform Team and help identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and improve business processes across the organisation.
Your work will help colleagues work more efficiently, improve member experiences and unlock greater value through automation and technology.
What You'll Do
- Working with business and operational teams to understand processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitating process discovery workshops and engaging with stakeholders across the organisation.
- Anaylising processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, operational risks and opportunities for simplification.
- Mapping current and future-state processes and recommending improvements that deliver measurable value.
- Assessing opportunities for automation, workflow optimisation, orchestration and AI-enabled solutions.
- Developing business cases and benefit assessments that demonstrate expected outcomes and return on investment.
- Maintaining and prioritising a pipeline of automation and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Partnering with Power Platform Engineers to ensure solutions deliver the right business outcomes.
- Tracking and communicating the value delivered through automation and process improvement initiatives.
- Championing a culture of continuous improvement and intelligent use of technology across the organisation.
- What You'll Need
- A strong blend of business analysis, process improvement and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience analysing, validating and improving business processes within a complex organisation.
- Strong process discovery, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, quality and performance.
- The ability to analyse data, identify trends and make evidence-based recommendations.
- Experience developing business cases, benefits assessments or investment proposals.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Experience working collaboratively across business and technology teams.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, automation technologies, process mapping or continuous improvement methodologies would be beneficial but is not essential.
