SBS Skipton Building Society is seeking a permanent, full-time Banking Operations Lead (35 hours per week) in Skipton.
The role oversees daily banking and payment operations, including BACS, CHAPS, Faster Payments, cards and cheques, ensuring strong controls and governance.
You will deputise for the Banking & Payments Support Manager and guide the team to maintain service quality.
You will drive improvements, manage complex incidents, and use MI data to inform decisions.
