Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to assess their needs, recommend suitable products and provide first‑class service.
  • Engage with customers face‑to‑face, virtually or by telephone to assess needs and tailor solutions.
  • Act as the first point of contact in branch, supporting customers with enquiries and transactions.
  • Carry out ‘My Review’ appointments to discuss financial goals and recommend appropriate products.
  • Proactively contact customers by phone to discuss needs and opportunities.
  • Educate customers on the range of products, services and communication channels available.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in internal systems and identify vulnerable customers for appropriate support.
  • Adhere to policies, standards, controls and limits of authority applicable to your role.

What We Need From You

  • Previous experience of interacting with customers, either in person or by phone.
  • Experience in banking/building society, contact‑centre, retail, food & beverage, hospitality or health/care sectors is desirable.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional service and a willingness to go above and beyond.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to influence and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Effective time‑management and the capacity to work well with a ‘one‑team’ mindset.

  • Permanent role with 36 hours per week.
  • Annual salary of £26,750.
  • Annual discretionary bonus scheme.
  • 25 days standard annual leave + bank holidays, rising 1 day per year of service to a maximum of 30 days after 5 years.
