The predicted salary is between 26500 - 26500 £ per year.

Hours: Permanent, full‑time 36 hours per week. Salary: £26,500 per annum (depending on experience). Closing Date: Tue, 23 Jun 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers in‑branch and by telephone, giving a positive impression.
  • Engage customers by asking insightful questions to uncover their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Listen to customers’ circumstances and offer personalised solutions that meet their goals.
  • Proactively reach out to customers by phone to identify needs and discuss how we can support them.
  • Maintain accurate records in internal systems, focusing on vulnerable customers.
  • Adhere to policies, standards and controls, receiving comprehensive training and coaching.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience interacting with customers, either in person or over the phone.
  • Experience in banking, building society, contact centre, retail, food & beverage, hospitality, health/care or similar sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional service and going above and beyond.
  • Ability to work well alongside others with a 'one‑team' mindset.
  • Strong time‑management skills to handle a high volume of customers.
  • Adaptive, willing to grow and change with business needs and priorities.
