What Will You Be Doing?
- Engage with customers, asking great questions to understand their needs and tailor solutions.
- Act as the first point of contact for customers in branch, with enthusiasm and a desire to help.
- Conduct ‘My Review’ appointments face‑to‑face, virtually, or by telephone.
- Proactively contact customers by phone to identify and discuss their needs.
- Educate customers on a range of products and services and about communication channels.
- Use internal systems to keep accurate records and ensure vulnerable customers are identified and supported.
- Adhere to policies, standards, controls and limits of authority.
What Do We Need From You?
- Previous customer‑interaction experience, preferably in banking, building society, retail, food & beverage, hospitality or health/care.
- A passion for delivering exceptional service and a willingness to go above and beyond.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence different audiences.
- Ability to work well with others, manage time efficiently and respond quickly during busy periods.
- Adaptability, openness to learning new skills, and a one‑team mindset.
- Comfort with a variety of activities and support for vulnerable customers.
