This permanent, full-time role (36 hours per week) focuses on understanding customer needs, presenting our savings range, and guiding customers through My Review appointments to help achieve their financial goals.
You will engage face to face, virtually or by telephone, resolve queries with a friendly service, and ensure records are up to date while following our policies.
