Southbourne Rubber (SBR) is a fast-growing manufacturer of specialist rubber and silicone components for the aviation, defence, energy, marine and medical sectors. With certifications including AS9100D and ISO 9001, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional quality.

We are looking for a Sales Support Apprentice to join our busy Sales team. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will support day-to-day sales administration, customer communication and data entry, helping us drive accuracy, efficiency and excellent service.

What you'll do:

  • Handle incoming customer calls and enquiries
  • Input data into our ERP (SAP) and CRM systems
  • Prepare and process quotations
  • Maintain customer records and support ongoing relationships
  • Assist with sales forecasting, reporting and general administrative tasks
  • Organise samples and marketing materials for customers
