We are seeking a Quality & Environmental Engineer to join our team and help ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about quality assurance, continuous improvement, and environmental responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections (first-off, last-off, incoming/outgoing goods) using mechanical/electronic measuring equipment.
• Verify components against drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
• Manage non-conformance processes and liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Complete and verify production documentation and certificates of conformity.
• Support internal audits and maintain compliance with AS9100 and ISO14001 standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives including 6S and lean manufacturing.
• Represent quality in Tier meetings and external audits when required.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: HNC/HND in Engineering, Level 3 NVQ, or Graduate-level qualification.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in aerospace, automotive, or similar industry; or strong academic background seeking growth in Quality Management.
• Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word), FAI, PFMEA, and Control Plans.

Certifications (Preferred but not essential):

• AS9100/ISO9001 Auditor
• ISO14001 Auditor
• Six Sigma / Lean Manufacturing
