Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Planner & MRP Coordinator to support production planning and SAP system development.
This role will be responsible for managing production orders, maintaining accurate manufacturing data, supporting capacity planning, and driving improvements in production scheduling and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage production orders within SAP.
- Support production scheduling and capacity planning activities.
- Maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings, and production master data.
- Monitor production performance, capacity utilisation, and lead times.
- Produce reports and planning analysis to support business decisions.
- Work with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, and Quality teams to ensure data accuracy.
- Support continuous improvement projects and the ongoing development of ERP and digital systems.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Experience in production planning, scheduling, manufacturing administration, or ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
- Good Excel and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Desirable
- SAP experience.
- Manufacturing industry experience.
- Knowledge of BOMs, production processes, and capacity planning.
