Role Description

The Team Leader role is a full-time, on-site position based in Buckingham.

The Team Leader will oversee daily restaurant operations, including managing shift schedules, coordinating front-of-house and back-of-house activities, and ensuring food safety and quality standards are consistently met.

This role will guide and support team members, provide on-the-job coaching, and help create a positive, inclusive work environment that reflects the company’s family values.

The Team Leader will monitor service levels, resolve guest concerns, and contribute to achieving sales and performance targets.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, stock control, adherence to brand standards, and supporting training for new team members.

Qualifications

  • Experience in team leadership or supervisory roles in hospitality, retail, or a similar customer-facing environment.
  • Strong people management and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop diverse teams.
  • Excellent customer service mindset, with confident communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Solid understanding of basic restaurant operations, including food safety, hygiene, and cash handling.
