We are recruiting an experienced Property Legal Secretary / PA to provide dedicated, long-term support to a property partner within a busy residential and commercial conveyancing practice. This is a career legal support role, specifically suited to experienced Legal Secretaries or PAs who work hands-on with conveyancing matters and wish to remain in a support position long-term. The role is not suitable for aspiring solicitors or candidates seeking qualification or fee-earning progression.

The successful candidate will be confident supporting property transactions from instruction through to post-completion and comfortable working in a fast-paced, partner-led environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Preparing contracts, transfer deeds, completion statements, and Land Registry applications
  • Opening files and carrying out AML and ID checks
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and lenders
  • Managing searches, post-completion formalities, and accurate file administration
Candidate profile:
  • Established experience as a Property Legal Secretary or PA in conveyancing
  • No requirement for a law degree – practical conveyancing support experience is essential
  • Confident using case management systems and legal documentation
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and reliable
  • Professional communication style with a strong support mindset

Full-time, office-based. Salary Β£30,000–£40,000 depending on experience.
