Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Cleaning Specialist role working in the new build house industry.
The Cleaning Specialist will perform daily cleaning duties including window cleaning.
The role involves following established cleaning schedules, using appropriate equipment and products, reporting maintenance or safety issues, and working collaboratively with other staff to maintain a clean, orderly environment for clients and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Commercial Cleaning, including maintaining office, industrial, or utility spaces to professional standards.
- Experience with Home Cleaning or House Cleaning, focusing on thoroughness, attention to detail, and care for different surfaces and materials.
- Ability to perform Window Cleaning safely and effectively, including interior and exterior glass where required.
- Knowledge of safe handling and use of cleaning chemicals and equipment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Strong time management, reliability, and ability to follow cleaning schedules and procedures independently.
- Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Prior experience in professional cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred; relevant training or certifications in cleaning or health and safety are an advantage.
