Typical Projects Include
- Consulting on a wide range of tenant and occupier related issues presented by clients in the UK and further afield
- Acquisitions, rent reviews, lease renewals and coordinating disposals
- Project delivery and coordination
- Client and team reporting
You will be communicating on behalf of our clients internally and externally, ensuring your recommendations are understood and ready to take forward.
Applicants are expected to be MRICS qualified.
This role would suit a freelancer seeking to add SBM to their portfolio of clients.
