Location: Head Office, Selkirk and other locations as required (with regular site presence and travel as required)

Hours and terms: Full time (35 hours per week), permanent contract

  • Lead the construction phase of SBHA’s new‑build housing projects.
  • Manage contractor relationships and monitor progress, quality, and safety on site.
  • Support procurement, contract development and project governance.
  • Help deliver high‑quality new homes that meet local housing need.
