We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Planner to join our team at our Stonehouse, Gloucestershire facility. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and effective management of raw materials and finished goods inventory, optimizing finished good production plans, and maintaining high service levels for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Material Replenishment Planning and PO Placing: Implement tactical replenishment strategies to meet supplier and plant requirements. Manage the ERP/MRP system, place purchase orders, and track deliveries.
- Finished Good Production Planning: Implement tactical replenishment strategies (example DIO, working capitals, shelf-life etc.) ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Develop and communicate mid-term finished good plan to scheduling. Monitor production and customer service levels, addressing any deviations promptly.
- Other Activities: Provide core inputs for mid-term production planning, anticipate bottlenecks, and back up other Food Service plants as needed. Ensure best practices in system usage.

- Regular communication with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Proactive problem-solving to address any issues impacting production or customer service.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- Experience: Over 4 years of experience in supply chain planning, preferably in the food industry.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing environments. Proficiency in English; knowledge of German is an advantage.
Travel Requirements: Minimal travel required.
