SBFM is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join our Leeds-based team on a temporary 3–6 month basis with an immediate start.
You will advise managers on people management, handle complex casework, and help embed best-practice ER processes across the business.
Based in Colton, LS15, you'll work 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday, contributing to policy updates, HRIS maintenance and continuous improvement of HR systems while upholding our values and culture.
