SBFM is seeking a full-time experienced HR Business Partner to join our People Team in a dynamic, growth-focused environment. You will partner with operational leaders, drive practical people solutions, and manage employee relations, TUPE, restructures and change initiatives.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will support a dedicated business area, deliver initiatives, support recruitment with the Resourcing team, ensure compliance with employment law, and help build an engaged, high-performing team.
