About The Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated Site Facilities Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the delivery of all soft services for our prestigious client based in central London. The role ensures service standards are met, contracts are adhered to, and a high-quality environment is maintained for all building occupants and visitors. For this position verbal and written communication skills in Spanish would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and support a team of cleaning operatives to deliver outstanding service.
  • Create and implement cleaning schedules and rotas, ensuring coverage for all areas.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure cleaning standards are consistently met.
  • Maintain inventory and order cleaning supplies and equipment as required.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, COSHH, and company policies.
  • Handle staff recruitment, training, performance reviews, and absence management.
  • Act as the main point of contact for the client/site management team.
  • Report on site performance, incidents, and improvement plans.

The Candidate

  • Proven experience in facilities management, with a strong focus on soft services.
  • Excellent knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish would be advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Good understanding of health & safety and hygiene standards.
  • IT literate with ability to use email, reporting tools, and basic software.
  • Flexible, proactive, and customer-focused.
