We are looking for an experienced Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to join our business! This is a field-based role, involving frequent travel between site locations around the Guildford, Horsham, Brighton, and Crawley areas. A company vehicle and mobile phone will be provided, along with all necessary cleaning equipment.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Attending sites to resolve cleaning issues and ensure standards are met
- Cleaning all areas of client sites, including hoovering floors, cleaning, and sanitising surfaces
- Ensuring cleaning standards align with specifications
- Following health & safety legislation at all times
- Responding to ad hoc requests from Management
- Escalating concerns or site-level information to the Area Manager
- Completing stock checks and following procedures for ordering
- Collaborating effectively with colleagues, Regional, and Area Managers
- Supporting training and inductions for new cleaners
