We have an exciting opportunity for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our business supervising and leading our cleaning team based in Lutterworth LE17 4UE. This role will suit someone who has experience of supervising a team or is an experienced cleaner ready to step up. While the role includes supervision, the main duties involve cleaning alongside the team.
All uniform, equipment, and products will be provided to allow you to carry out your role to a high standard, as well as support from an Area and Regional Management Team.
Available Shift Pattern: 06:00 – 14:00 Monday to Friday
Duties will include:
- Supervising a team of cleaners to ensure high standards are being met
- Allocation of tasks to team and ensuring cleaning specification is being met
- Assistance with on-site audits
- Induction, training and support for new starters
- Vacuuming and cleaning of floor areas
- Dust control
- Removal and disposal of litter
- Sanitising all areas
- Replenishment of soap, toilet rolls and hand towels
